Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or late arrivals will also be considered non-refundable.

Weather Policy

If unfavorable weather—such as high winds, low visibility, or other unsafe conditions—prevents the tour from operating, we will reschedule your flight at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
